This Indian IT co buys US-based firm Mobiquity

Hexaware Technologies has acquired US-based global digital consultancy Mobiquity for $182 million (Rs 1,300 crore) - its largest ever acquisition. Mobiquity strengthens the Mumbai-based, $700-million IT company's capabilities in customer experience and cloud with a suite of digital offerings.
