Former Axis Capital MD to buy IDFC Securities

Stock market veteran Dharmesh Mehta, who had spent long years with Enam Securities and then Axis Capital, is acquiring IDFC Securities, the stock broking and merchant banking arm within the IDFC group, for an undisclosed sum of money. Mehta is being backed by a group of investors.
