High Tide, Heavy Rain In Mumbai; Don't Go Near Beach, Says Civic Body

Many parts of Mumbai and its adjoining areas recorded heavy rains overnight. This has led to waterlogging in many areas including Goregaon, Kandivali and Dahisar.
