Tax harassment is very widespread: Mohandas Pai

TV Mohandas Pai, a former board member at Infosys, said his criticism of the tax department's excesses - in the context of Cafe Coffee Day founder VG Siddhartha's suicide - has resonated with business people across India. Pai criticised the I-T dept for saying that Siddhartha had signed a confession note arguing that confession under duress, is invalid under law.
