RWAs can’t block any telecom, internet service provider: Panel

Resident welfare associations cannot strike exclusive deals with a single telecom or internet service provider & will have to allow the use of infrastructure to all players, a telecom panel said. The new rules will apply to old and upcoming residential colonies across India. The panel said that residents need to be given more flexibility to choose an operator.
