RIL in talks to merge entertainment channels with Sony

Reliance Industries and Sony Corporation are in talks to combine their entertainment channel businesses. Sources said Sony is conducting due diligence and a deal could be in the works as early as next month. There has been talk in recent weeks of Ambani being keen to restructure his media businesses.
