Himachal Seals Borders, Steps Up Checks Over 'Khalistan' Referendum Call

The renewed security measure comes after the banned outfit Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) announced that it will hold a 'Khalistan' referendum on June 6 in Himachal Pradesh.
